Hi Friends!
Been a long time since i’ve posted here, but this is a great way to get re-started on ye ol’blog.
I am pleased to offer this class as pay-as-you-wish, given the challenges of 2020 –finding and feeding your inner peace is more important than ever. Feel free to invite others to join! Also- if you have any special requests for classes, just ask.
But first of all a heartfelt thank you to Vastu Yoga (née Starseed) for providing a beautiful space for learning and practice all these years. It is missed… but we shall see what the next chapter holds. (Also for Zura Montclair (née BeEvolution)… many things evolving.)
Please wear comfortable clothes (pajamas fine) and gather any props you have. Ideally:
Yoga mat (or rug/blanket for beneath you), chair (without wheels, or be next to a sofa/bed/wall), blanket (the firmer or bigger, the better), pillow(s) or bolsters (sofa cushion works well), strap (or long belt, tie, etc…), and an eye pillow (or clean long sock- to cover the eyes).
Before class, lower the lights, turn off your phones/alarm. Play your favorite soothing music or white noise. (Other students won’t hear it, you will be muted once class starts.) Check out this 6-hour long track. There are many other healing frequencies like this, or binaural beats are lovely as well.
